摘要
为提升短纤/长丝包缠纱性能,以元龙51长绒棉为主要原料,并设置常规生产用细绒棉和长绒棉为对照组,分别制备赛络菲尔纺结构纱线。为配合纱线结构设计,选用40D24F和20D12F两种规格锦纶长丝,分别与元龙51基于集聚纺系统下的赛络菲尔纺纱线结构设计了另外4种结构纱线,共7组试样。分别从3种组分差异和5种纱线结构差异两个方面对纱线结构外观、条干性能以及力学性能进行测试分析,并运用模糊综合评价法对纱线条干和强力性能指标进行评价。结果显示,棉纤维品质差异对棉/锦纱线条干性能影响明显,单丝结构纱线强伸性能优于双丝结构,有合股工序试样结构更稳定。综合分析,元龙51棉/锦合股结构纱线性能最好。
In order to improve the performance of short fiber/filament wrapped yarns,taking YL51 long-staple cotton as the main raw material,fine-staple cotton and long-staple cotton commonly used in conventional production as the control groups,Sirofil-structured yarns are prepared for each group respectively.To match the yarn structure design,two specifications of nylon filaments,40D24F and 20D12F,are selected.Based on the Sirofil spinning yarn structure under the compact spinning system of YL51,another four types of structured yarns are designed,resulting in a total of seven groups of samples.The structural appearance,evenness properties,and mechanical properties of the yarns are tested and analyzed from two aspects:three component differences and five yarn structure differences.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance indexes of yarn evenness and strength.The results show that the differences in the quality of cotton fibers has a significant impact on the evenness properties of cotton/nylon yarns.The strength and elongation properties of single-filament structured yarns are better than those of double-filament structured yarns.The samples with the plying process haw a more stable structure.Through comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that the YL51 cotton/nylon plied structure yarn has the best performance.
