摘要
为合理设计船载医疗废弃物处理系统,结合某船的需求,基于传染病感染控制基本原则,从总体流程规划、系统处理能力和技术路线等方面对船载医疗废弃物处理系统进行分析,明确系统设计输入及船舶空间和能耗等约束,开展以微波辐射为主体消毒方式的医疗废弃物处理装置研制,完成船载医疗废弃物处理系统设计。研究表明,该系统具有一般分散、核心集中和相对独立等特点,能满足船舶医疗废弃物处理及储存需求。该研究可供载员较多、具有传染病隔离收治功能的专用船舶的医疗废弃物处理系统设计。
To reasonably design a shipborne medical waste treatment system,and in conjunction with the requirements of a specific vessel,research and analysis are conducted on the medical waste treatment system based on the fundamental principles of infection control for infectious diseases,including overall process planning,system processing capacity,and technical approaches,while clarifying system design inputs as well as constraints such as ship space and energy consumption.A medical waste treatment device is developed using microwave radiation as the primary disinfection method,and the shipborne medical waste treatment system design is completed.The study shows that the system features general decentralization,core centralization,and relative independence,and can meet the medical waste treatment and storage needs under the spatial and other constraints of the vessel.This research provides a reference for designing medical waste treatment systems for specialized ships with large crew capacities and functions for isolating and treating infectious diseases.
