摘要
公安执法规范化建设是我国依法治国基本方略的必然要求,也是评价和指导公安队伍建设与公安工作进步的重要基准。新时代以来的公安工作在执法规范化建设中取得了有目共睹的成就,但是当前依然存在决策执行、执法互动和规范适用三种思维互斥现象,导致执法规范化建设社会共鸣不足。对此,公安执法规范化建设需要从内向与外向的思维融合入手,加强思维向度的整合建设。
The standardization of police law enforcement is an inherent requirement of China’s fundamental strategy of rule of law,as well as a critical benchmark for evaluating and directing the team construction of police forces and advancement of police work.The standardization of law enforcement has gained brilliant achievements since the entrance of the new era,but the contradictory dimensions in decision enforcement,law enforcement interaction and norm application cause the lack of social response to the police standardization.Therefore,the work should start from the integration of autistic and extraverted thinking and optimize the cognitive dimensions.
