摘要
铅冶炼过程中往往伴随着较多的锡元素,目前,大多数铅冶炼厂存在锡元素无法回收或回收率低的问题。本文首先对山东某冶炼厂的锡元素进行跟踪普查,确定锡元素走向及分布。其次,开展了还原实验和熔析实验研究。研究结果表明:通过在铅还原熔炼过程中配入一定量铜元素,可将还原过程中锡的回收率由54.2%提高至77.7%,通过调整熔析过程的熔析温度和时间,可将熔析过程中锡的回收率由67.3%提升至94.2%;还原实验最佳工艺参数如下:混合精矿中铜质量分数为1.6%;还原剂添加量为混合精矿质量的5%;还原温度为1180℃;还原时间为75 min。熔析实验最佳工艺参数如下:熔析温度为360℃;熔析时间为90 min。在最佳工艺参数下,还原熔炼过程锡回收率可达到70%左右,火法精炼过程锡回收率可达到94%左右。
More tin elements are often accompanied in the lead smelting process.At present,most lead smelters have the problem that tin cannot be recovered or the recovery rate is low.In this paper,the tin element of a smelter in Shandong Province was tracked and surveyed and the trend and distribution of tin element were determined firstly.Secondly,the reduction experiment and the liquation refining experiment were carried out.The results show that by adding a certain amount of copper in the lead reduction liquation refining process,the recovery rate of tin in the reduction process can be increased from 54.2%to 77.7%and the recovery rate of tin in the liquation refining process can be increased from 67.3%to 94.2%by adjusting the liquation refining temperature and time.The optimal process parameters of the reduction experiment are set as follows.The mass fraction of copper in the mixed concentrate is 1.6%,the amount of reducing agent added is 5%of the mass of the mixed concentrate,the reduction temperature is 1180℃,and the reduction time is 75 min.The optimum parameters are set as follows.The experiment liquation refining temperature is 360℃and the liquation refining time is 90 min.According to the optimum process parameters,the recovery rate of tin can reach about 70%in reduction smelting process and 94%in fire refining process.
