摘要
采用常压-氧压两段逆流碱浸工艺高效脱除高砷铅阳极泥中的砷。研究了浸出温度、浸出时间、氧气压力、氢氧化钠浓度等对砷脱除率的影响。确定最佳常压碱浸工艺条件为:液固体积质量比5mL/g、浸出温度80℃、浸出时间0.5h;最佳氧压碱浸工艺条件为:液固体积质量比5mL/g、氢氧化钠浓度130g/L、氧压浸出温度140℃、氧压浸出时间4.0h、氧气压力1.0MPa、搅拌速度600r/min。在上述条件下,砷脱除率可达99.0%以上。
Arsenic-rich lead anode slime was treated by atmospheric-pressure two stage countercurrent alkaline leaching for high-efficient leaching of arsenic.Effects of leaching temperature,leaching time,oxygen pressure,and sodium hydroxide concentration on arsenic removal rate were studied.Arsenic removal rate is 99%above under the optimum conditions of atmospheric alkaline leaching including liquidsolid volume-mass ratio of 5 mL/g,leaching temperature of 80℃,leaching time of 0.5 h.The optimum oxygen pressure alkaline leaching conditions include liquid-solid volume-mass ratio of 5 mL/g,sodium hydroxide concentration of 130 g/L,oxygen pressure leaching temperature of 140℃,oxygen pressure leaching time of 4.0 h,oxygen pressure of 1.0 MPa,and stirring speed of 600 r/min.
