摘要
走出“质弱效低”的现实困境,从封闭办学转向主动服务国家技能战略的职业本科能力建设,是新时代职业高等教育的发展诉求。职业本科能力是这类高校培养高层次技术技能型人才、开展技术理论探索与实践创新的本领,展现着服务于经济社会发展的成效,包含统整力和汲取力。置于“学科、专业和课程”关系网络的类型学,实现要素适配,由各自分离走向有机统整,是提升职业本科能力的理想所在。职业本科能力建设路径有三:明确职业本科的专业群本质、需求及类型;正视知识重组及其融合样态下学科、专业和课程匹配方式的差异;形成“主体交互”—“环境智理”型的资源汲取方式。
To get out of the reality of“low quality and low efficiency”,and to transform from closed education to active service to the national skill strategy,capacity building of vocational undergraduate education is the development demand of the new era.Vocational undergraduate capacity is the ability of this type of colleges and universities to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents,to explore and innovate in technical theory and practice,and to show the effectiveness of serving economic and social development,which includes integrative and absorptive abilities.Placing the typology of“disciplines,majors and courses”in the relationship network,achieving element matching,and moving from separation to organic integration,is the ideal place to enhance vocational undergraduate capacity.There are three paths for capacity building of vocational undergraduate education:clarifying the nature,demand and type of vocational undergraduate professional groups,facing up to the differences in the matching modes of disciplines,majors and courses under knowledge reorganization and its integration state,and forming a“subject interaction”-“environmental intelligence”type of resource absorption mode.
