摘要
生成式AI技术迅速发展,在人机协同智慧图书馆中的落地应用是必然趋势。文章分析了生成式AI技术的内涵及在智慧图书馆服务中的应用,探讨了生成式AI赋能智慧图书馆服务的新特征以及馆员在“双智”协同模式下应发挥的主导作用,并从“馆员+生成式AI”协同的服务决策、生成式AI融合数据资源体系建设及智慧化的多维应用场景3个架构层次构建了面向人机协同的智慧图书馆生成式AI信息交互服务模式,最后提出了智慧图书馆生成式AI信息交互服务模式的实施建议。
With the rapid development of generative AI technology,its practical application in human-machine collaborative smart libraries will be an inevitable trend.This article analyzes the connotation of generative AI technology and its application in smart library services.It explores the new features of generative AI empowering smart library services,as well as the leading role that librarians should play in the“dual intelligence”collaborative mode.From three architectural levels of“librarian+generative AI”collaborative service decision-making,generative AI integrated data resource system construction,and intelligent multi-dimensional application scenarios,a smart library generative AI information interaction service model for human-machine collaboration is constructed.Finally,implementation suggestions for the smart library generative AI information interaction service model are proposed.
