摘要
介绍嵌入式参考咨询服务的内涵,分析其在服务理念、服务机制、服务内容和服务模式等方面的特点及创新发展,总结嵌入式参考咨询服务所采用的多样化服务模式和嵌入方法。最后,指出当前嵌入式参考咨询服务存在的问题,展望智能咨询、用户流程驱动咨询和云计算环境下参考咨询的发展前景。
Embedded reference service is the consulting service which is embedded in the users＇ research information environment and their information using process. This paper introduces the concept of embedded reference service, analyzes its innovation and development characteristics in terms of service concept, service mechanism, service content and service model, and summarizes the diverse service models and embedding method of embedded reference service. Finally, it points out the problems of embedded reference service, providing an outlook of the future of the intelligence consulting, user process-driven consulting and cloud computing environments in the embedded reference service.
