摘要
文章探讨了在智能制造大赛(“西门子杯”中国智能制造挑战赛)的引导下,过程控制课程的教学改革与实践。通过分析智能制造大赛的特点及其对过程控制课程教学的启示,构建了基于智能制造大赛的理论教学和实验改革框架。结果表明,将智能制造大赛融入过程控制课程,能促进学生对基础知识的理解并提升学生的实践能力。另外,文章阐述了智能制造大赛流程赛项中的SMPT―1000过程控制系统在实验教学中的应用,并展示了改革后的教学成效。文章可为工程教育课程改革提供新的思路和实践范例,对培养适应智能制造需求的高素质人才具有指导意义。
The article explores the teaching reform and practice of process control courses under the guidance of the Intelligent Manufacturing Competition(Siemens Cup China Intelligent Manufacturing Challenge).By analyzing the characteristics of the Intelligent Manufacturing Challenge and its implications for process control course teaching,a framework for theoretical teaching and experimental reform based on the Intelligent Manufacturing Competition is constructed.The results show that integrating the Intelligent Manufacturing Competition into process control courses can enhance students'understanding of foundational knowledge and improve their practical skills.Additionally,the article elaborates on the application of the SMPT-1000 process control system,used in the process-related segment of the Intelligent Manufacturing Competition,in experimental teaching,and demonstrates the outcomes of the reformed teaching approach.The article provides new idea and practical example for the reform of engineering education curricula,offering guidance for cultivating high-quality talent to meet the demands of intelligent manufacturing.
