摘要
新质生产力以科技创新为核心,是新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速推进所催生的全新命题。新质生产力的提出为高等教育改革提出了新的课题。当前,在加快新质生产力形成的教育实践中,主要面临高校学科调整欠缺、教学与产业需求脱节、学生实践能力缺乏、师资队伍建设滞后等问题。基于此,提出高校应不断优化课程体系设置、强化产教融合机制、构建教学实践体系、多维度提升教师技能等对策,以培养数智能力渗透下的交叉复合型专业人才,并探索高等教育服务新质生产力发展的合理路径。
The core of new quality productivity is scientific and technological innovation,which is a brand-new proposition spawned by the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation.The proposal of new quality productivity puts forward a new topic for the reform of higher education.At present,in the educational practice of accelerating the formation of new quality productivity,there are mainly problems such as lack of discipline adjustment in colleges and universities,disconnection between teaching and industrial demand,lack of students practical ability,and lag in the construction of teaching staff.In this regard,this paper puts forward that colleges and universities should constantly optimize the curriculum system,strengthen the integration mechanism of production and education,build a teaching practice system,and improve teachers skills in multiple dimensions,so as to cultivate interdisciplinary professionals with the infiltration of mathematical intelligence,and explore the reasonable path for higher education to serve the development of new quality productivity.
