摘要
为寻求迷迭香种植的最佳施肥方案,本研究以3年生迷迭香植株为材料,采用“3414”施肥试验设计,分析了不同施肥处理对迷迭香产量的影响。以N、P、K施肥量(分别以N、P_(2)O_(5)、K_(2)O计)与产量进行拟合分析,产量与N、P、K肥之间存在极显著回归关系,三元二次肥料效应方程模型为Y_(NPK)=1.7647+0.3215 X_(N)+0.2780 X_(P)+0.0311 X_(K)-0.0336 X^(2)_(N)-0.1382 X^(2)_(P)-0.0029 X^(2)_(K)+0.0279 X_(N) X_(P)+0.0043 X_(N) X_(K)+0.0223 X_(P) X_(K)。由三元二次肥料效应方程求得当N、P_(2)O_(5)、K_(2)O的施用量分别为8.09、3.93、26.13 g·m^(-2)时,迷迭香产量最高,为4.01 kg·m^(-2)。采用频次分析方法对模型进行优化,获得优化后的施肥方案:N为5.18~7.30 g·m^(-2),P_(2)O_(5)为2.69~3.79 g·m^(-2),K_(2)O为15.53~21.89 g·m^(-2)。本研究为迷迭香施肥工作提供了科学且具实操性的技术指导。
To seek the best fertilization solution for Rosmarinus officinalis(rosemary)cultivation,this study taked 3-year-old rosemary plants as material and adopted the“3414”fertilizer experimental design to analyze the effects of different fertilization treatments on rosemary yield.The fertilization amounts of N,P and K(in terms of N,P_(2)O_(5) and K_(2)O,respectively)were fitted to the yield,and there was a highly significant regression relationship between yield and N,P and K fertilizers,and the model of the ternary quadratic fertiliser effect equation was:Y_(NPK)=1.7647+0.3215 X_(N)+0.2780 X_(P)+0.0311 X_(K)-0.0336 X^(2)_(N)-0.1382 X^(2)_(P)-0.0029 X^(2)_(K)+0.0279 X_(N) X_(P)+0.0043 X_(N) X_(K)+0.0223 X_(P) X_(K).Based on the fertilizer effect equation,when the fertilization amount of N,P_(2)O_(5) and K_(2)O were 8.09,3.93 and 26.13 g·m^(-2) respectively,the maximum yield of rosemary was 4.01 kg·m^(-2).The frequency analysis was used to optimize the model,and the optimal fertilization scheme was as follows:5.18 to 7.30 g·m^(-2) of N,2.69 to 3.79 g·m^(-2) of P_(2)O_(5),and 15.53 to 21.89 g·m^(-2) of K_(2)O.This study aimed to provide scientific and technical guidance for the fertilization of rosemary.
