摘要
为研究岩藻多糖对杂交鲟(西伯利亚鲟×施氏鲟)幼鱼生长、免疫酶活性及肠道健康的影响,试验选取120尾杂交鲟[初始均体重(3.35±0.11)g]幼鱼分为4组,每组设3个平行,每个平行10尾。将岩藻多糖分别按质量百分数0(对照组)、1%(C1组)、2%(C2组)、3%(C3组)混入到杂交鲟幼鱼基础饲料中进行投喂,试验期56 d。结果显示:岩藻多糖添加组的成活率均超过85%,其中C2组杂交鲟鱼存活率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。添加了岩藻多糖的试验组在特定生长率、摄食率、增重率上均显著高于对照组,且饲料系数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。添加了岩藻多糖的试验组在过氧化氢酶(CAT)、溶菌酶(LZM)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)方面显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但在超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性上并无显著差异(P>0.05);其中CAT的活性C2组和C3组显著高于其他两组,TAOC则是C3组显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),LZM活性C1组和C2组显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。试验组肠道绒毛高度均高于对照组,C2组的绒毛高度最高,绒毛高度和肌层厚度各组间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。杂交鲟的肠道菌群显示,在门水平上的优势菌群为变形菌门、厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门和放线菌门,在菌群相对丰度的占比上,相比其他组,C3组的变形菌门丰度增加,而厚壁菌门丰度降低,其他3组无显著差异(P<0.05);而在属水平上,相比其他组,C3组的柠檬酸杆菌属丰度增加。综上所述,饲料中添加的岩藻多糖可以提高杂交鲟鱼的生长性能以及非特异性免疫能力,增加肠道绒毛的高度,但对肠道菌群的调节没有显著效果。
To investigate the effects of fucoidan on the growth,immunoenzymatic activity and intestinal health of juvenile hybrid sturgeon(A.baerii×A.schrenckii).Experimentally,120 juvenile hybrid sturgeon[(3.35±0.11)g]were selected and divided into 4 groups,with 3 parallels in each group and 10 fish in each parallel.Fucoidan was mixed into the basal diet of juvenile hybrid sturgeon by mass per⁃centage of 0(DC group),1%(C1 group),2%(C2 group),and 3%(C3 group),and the experiment lasted for 56 d.The results showed that the sur vival rate of the fucoidan-added groups was more than 85%,and that the survival rate of hybrid sturgeon in the C2 group was significantly higher than that of the DC group(P<0.05).The test group with added fucoi⁃dan was significantly higher than the control group in specific growth rate,feeding rate,weight gain rate and the feed coefficient was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The activity of CAT,LZM and TAOC in the fucoidan-added test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the activity of T-SOD(P>0.05).In CAT activity C2 and C3 groups were significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05),in T-AOC it was C3 group that was signifi⁃cantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05),and in LZM activity C1 and C2 groups were significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).The height of intestinal villi was higher in the experimental groups than in the control group,and the height of villi was the highest in the C2 group,and there was no sig⁃nificant difference in the height of villi and thickness of muscularis propria among the four groups(P>0.05).The intestinal flora of hybrid sturgeon showed that the dominant groups at the phylum level were Ascomyce⁃tes,Thick-walled,Anaplasma,and Actinomycetes,and in the percentage of the abundance of the flora in the C3 group the abundance of Ascomycetes was increased while the abundance of thick-walled was decreased,and there was no significant difference among the other three groups(P<0.05)whereas the abun⁃dance of Citrobacter spp.was increased in the C3 group at the genus level.In conclusion,fucoidan added to the feed could improve the growth performance as well as non-specific immunity of hybrid sturgeon and increase the height of intestinal villi,but it had no significant effect on the regulation of intestinal flora.
