摘要
阿是穴有广义阿是穴和狭义阿是穴之分,但广义阿是穴的临床表现为或痛或快然的特殊感应,并不仅仅只局限于痛感,这与力敏腧穴定义大同小异。狭义的阿是穴的取穴方法往往仅限于传统的痛感而不包括其他的特殊感应。这一现象与腧穴敏化的不同程度有关。生理状态下腧穴是“静息态”的,只有在病理状态下才是“敏化态”的。腧穴的敏化形式有多种,阿是穴是敏化腧穴的一种常见形式。文章从阿是广义之法详细论述了力敏腧穴的敏化机制以及阿是与力敏有何不同。
Asshis points can be divided into broad Asshis points and narrow Asshis points.However,the clinical manifestations of the broad Asshis points are special sensations of pain or rapid movement,not only limited to pain sensation,which is similar to the definition of force-sensitive acupoints.In a narrow sense,the selection method of ashi point is often limited to traditional pain sensation and does not include other special sensations.This phenomenon is related to the different degrees of sensitization of acupoints.In the physiological state,acupoints are in the“resting state”,and only in the pathological state,they are in the“sensitized state”.There are many forms of sensitization of acupoints,and the author believes that ashi point is a common form of sensitization of acupoints.In this paper,the sensitization mechanism of force sensitive acupoints and the difference between force sensitive acupoints and force sensitive acupoints are discussed in detail from the generalized method of Asi.
