摘要
近年来针灸基础领域研究成果相继在国际顶尖学术期刊发表,受到学界广泛关注。该文从穴位敏化、经穴特异性、针刺镇痛效应和经络现象四个研究领域,回顾近十年针灸基础研究的热点和前沿进展:穴位敏化研究取得进展,中枢机制和量效关系研究值得探讨;经穴特异性研究逐渐深入,经穴的局部和中枢“解剖”特异性及针灸神经-免疫效应的中枢环路有待揭示;针刺镇痛外周和中枢效应机制的研究不断拓宽,明确多因素交互作用或可揭示其深层机制;对经络现象的认识尚未达成共识,注重功能与结构研究的有机结合是未来研究的重点。该文拟通过梳理近十年针灸基础研究进展,为未来针灸学科的发展提供参考和支持。
Many excellent works in the basic research field of acupuncture and moxibustion have been published in international top academic journals in recent years,which have attracted extensive attention from the academic community.Hot spots and frontier progress of basic research on acupuncture and moxibustion in the past decade were reviewed from four research fields,including acupoint sensitization,acupoint specificity,acupuncture analgesic effect and meridian phenomenon.Research on acupoint sensitization has made progress,and the central mechanism and dose effect relationship are worth exploring.Research on meridian point specificity is gradually deepening,and the local and central"anatomical"specificity of meridian points and the central loop of acupuncture neuro-immune effect need to be revealed.Research on the mechanism of peripheral and central effect of acupuncture analgesia is broadening,and the clear interaction of multiple factors may reveal the deep mechanism.The understanding of meridian phenomenon has not reached a consensus,and the organic combination of functional and structural research is the focus of future research.It intends to provide reference and support for the future development of the discipline of acupuncture and moxibustion by sorting out the progress of basic acupuncture research in the past decade.
