摘要
电子注的流通率直接影响空间行波管的效率、可靠性、寿命及噪声等参量。为提高电子注的流通率,文章主要通过行波管中周期永磁聚焦系统理论设计,运用MTSS软件进行了电子枪与周期永磁均匀磁场之间过渡区模拟优化、互作用区轴对称磁系统的模拟优化以及再聚焦区的模拟优化。实现了在C波段空间行波管中静态流通率由99.8%提高至99.96%,动态流通率从96.80%提高至98.60%,整管效率大于65%。该行波管在高温(85℃)、常温和低温(-25℃)工况下的螺流随输入信号变化的幅度显著降低,提高了C波段空间行波管的可靠性。
The electron beam transmission efficiency directly affects parameters of space traveling wave tubes(TWTs),such as the efficiency,reliability,lifespan,noise,etc.In order to improve the electron beam transmission efficiency,based on theoretical design of the periodic permanent magnet focusing system for TWTs,simulation optimizations of magnetic field in transition region between electron gun and interaction region,interaction region,refocusing region between collector and interaction region are carried out by using MTSS code.As a result,the static transmission efficiency of the C-band space TWT increases from 99.8%to 99.96%,the dynamic transmission efficiency increases from 96.8%to 98.6%,and the total tube efficiency exceeded 65%.The variations of helix currents with input signal under high temperature(85℃),normal temperature,and low temperature(-25℃)conditions are all greatly reduced,which improves the reliability of the C-band space TWTs.
