摘要
推进补短板、强弱项的广西生鲜农产品冷链物流体系建设,其旨在降低农产品于流通中的损耗,提升农产品的价值,增加农民的收入。当前,广西冷链物流体系运行时存在着生鲜农产品冷链流通率低、运输成本高、作业效率低、损耗大等问题,且伴有“断链”风险。分析其缘由主要是由于农业生产未实现集中化、冷链人才匮乏、生鲜农产品在产地区域冷链意识淡薄、广西在冷链物流体系运行中的数字化管理能力欠佳、冷链基础设施建设不健全、现有冷链存量设施利用率偏低等因素所致。故而,推进补短板、强弱项以优化广西冷链物流体系高质量运行的发展刻不容缓。
To promote the construction of the cold chain logistics system of fresh agricultural products in Guangxi,which strengthens the weak links and strong and weak areas,it aims to reduce the loss of agricultural products in circulation,enhance the value of agricultural products and increase the income of farmers.At present,when the cold chain logistics system in Guangxi operates,there are problems such as low cold chain circulation rate,high transportation cost,low operation efficiency and large loss,accompanied by the risk of"chain breaking".The reasons are mainly due to the lack of centralized agricultural production,the lack of cold chain talents,the weak awareness of fresh agricultural products in the cold chain in the producing area,the poor digital management ability of Guangxi in the operation of the cold chain logistics system,the imperfect construction of cold chain infrastructure,and the low utilization rate of the existing cold chain stock facilities.Therefore,it is urgent to promote the development of strengthening weak links and strong areas to optimize the high-quality operation of Guangxi cold chain logistics system.
