摘要
目的:探讨麻醉药品和精神药品的管理方法。方法:通过采纳PDCA循环管理模式对麻精药品管理出现的问题进行分析,并制定整改措施。结果:未采用PDCA循环管理模式,药剂科质量管理小组对全院麻精药品管理检查时,发现问题78个;引入PDCA循环管理模式,发现问题24个,问题数量明显减少,达到预期的检查目标。结论:PDCA循环管理方法落实在麻精药品的管理中,可提高麻精药品的管理质量。
Objective：To investigate the approaches for the management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs. Methods：To analyze the problems found in the management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs by means of PDCA cycle and to work out the rectification measures.Results：Before the adoption of PDCA cycle model 78 problems were found in the inspection by the pharmacy quality control team for narcotic and psychotropic drug management and only 24 problems were found after the introduction of the PDCA cycle management. The number of problems reduced markedly and the intended goal was reached.Conclusion：The application of PDCA cycle can improve the management quality of narcotic and psychotropic drugs.
