摘要
目的分析心内科护理管理中应用弹性工作制联合带组护士管理的效果。方法选择麻城市人民医院冠心病重症监护室(coronary care unit,CCU)工作的13名护理人员,2023年2月—2024年2月实施弹性工作制联合带组护士管理模式(联合管理后),2022年1月—2023年1月实施常规管理(联合管理前)。对比实施联合管理前、后的护理人员考核成绩、护士工作质量评分表得分及满意度。结果联合管理后,护理人员理论知识(96.33±2.16)分、实践技能(94.17±2.68)分,均高于联合管理前的(92.98±3.63)分,(90.37±2.90)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.860,3.476;P均<0.05)。联合管理后的护士工作质量评分较联合管理前高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合管理后的满意度较联合管理前高。结论将弹性工作制+带组护士管理模式用于心内科护理管理,可有效提高护理人员的能力与满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying the flexible working system combined with group nurse management in the nursing management of the cardiology department.Methods Thirteen nursing staff working in the coronary care unit(CCU)of Macheng People's Hospital were selected.From February 2023 to February 2024,a flexible working system combined with group nurse management model was implemented(after joint management).Regular management will be implemented from January 2022 to January 2023(before joint management).Compare the assessment results of nursing staff,the scores of the nurse work quality score sheet and satisfaction before and after the implementation of joint management.Results After the joint management,the theoretical knowledge score of the nursing staff was 96.33±2.16 and the practical skills score was 94.17±2.68,which were higher than 92.98±3.63 and 90.37±2.90 before the joint management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.860,3.476;both P<0.05).The score of nurses'work quality after joint management was higher than that before joint management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction level after joint management is higher than that before joint management.Conclusion Applying the flexible working system+group nurse management model to the nursing management of the cardiology department can effectively improve the ability and satisfaction of nursing staff.
