摘要
目的探讨任务清单管理对冠心病重症监护室(CCU)规范化培训新护士评判性思维能力及自主学习能力的影响。方法按照时间顺序将CCU进行规范化培训的新护士进行分组,2016年1月1日-2017年7月31日162名新护士设为对照组,2017年8月1日-2019年1月31日162名新护士设为观察组,对照组采用传统方法培训,观察组采用任务清单管理培训。比较两组培训后新护士理论成绩、操作成绩及护理文书书写成绩,培训前后两组新护士评判性思维能力及自主学习能力。结果观察组理论成绩88.69±3.05分、操作成绩86.34±4.64分、护理文书书写成绩91.27±2.15分,均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义P=0.00。培训后观察组评判性思维能力总分354.15±10.63分,自主学习能力总分112.79±11.35,及各维度评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论任务清单管理能够增强CCU规范化培训新护士的批判性思维能力,提高自主学习能力及综合能力。
Objective To explore the effect of task list management on critical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability of new nurses in(CCU) standardized training of coronary heart disease intensive care unit.Methods According to the chronological order,the new nurses who received standardized training in CCU were divided into groups.From January 1st 2016 to July 31st 2017,162 new nurses were set as the control group.From August 1st 2017 to January 31st 2019,162 new nurses were set up as the observation group.The control group was trained by traditional methods,and the observation group was trained by task list management.The theoretical and operational and nursing clerical writing score of the two groups were compared,and the critical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability of the two groups were compared before and after the training.Results The theoretical score(88.69±3.05) and operation score(86.34±4.64) and nursing clerical writing score(91.27±2.15) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P=0.00).After training,the total score of critical thinking ability(354.15±10.63).After training,the total score of autonomous learning ability in the observation group(112.79±11.35).The scores of each dimension were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Task list management can enhance the critical thinking ability of CCU standardized training new nurses,improve the ability of autonomous learning and mixed ability.
