摘要
目的探讨中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与C反应蛋白(CRP)联合检测诊断儿童细菌性社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的价值。方法回顾性选取2020年1月至2023年12月南海经济开发区人民医院收治的225例CAP患儿,根据是否为细菌性CAP分为细菌性CAP组(100例)和非细菌性CAP组(125例),检测两组NLR和CRP水平,并运用受试者工作特征曲线评估NLR与CRP联合检测的诊断效能。结果细菌性CAP组NLR与CRP水平均高于非细菌性CAP组(P<0.05)。NLR与CRP诊断儿童细菌性CAP的曲线下面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NLR与CRP联合检测诊断儿童细菌性CAP的曲线下面积均高于单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NLR与CRP联合检测诊断儿童细菌性CAP具有一定的价值。
Objective To explore the value of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)combined detection in the diagnosis of pediatric bacterial community-acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods A total of 225 children with CAP admitted to Nanhai Economic Development Zone People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.All the children were divided into the bacterial CAP group(100 cases)and the non-bacterial CAP group(125 cases)based on whether they had bacterial CAP.The NLR and CRP levels were detected in both groups,and the diagnostic efficacy of the combined detection of NLR and CRP was evaluated using the receiver operator characteristic curve.Results The levels of NLR and CRP in the bacterial CAP group were higher than those in the non-bacterial CAP group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the area under the curve(AUC)between NLR and CRP in diagnosing children with bacterial CAP(P>0.05).The AUC of combined detection of NLR and CRP in diagnosing children with bacterial CAP was higher than that of single detection,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of NLR and CRP has certain value in diagnosing children with bacterial CAP.
