摘要 尽管城市雨洪模型在防洪减灾领域研究成果丰硕,但少有研究从模型的应用需求视角进行总结。该文基于灾害风险全生命周期视角,详细梳理了雨洪模型在灾前预防、灾时响应、灾后恢复三大阶段六类应用场景中的研究内容、重点和方法,并归纳了模型在各应用场景中的差异和内在联系。虽然不同应用场景对于数据和模型功能的需求各异,但雨洪模型在三个阶段的应用呈现出风险认知的连续递进性和治理措施的紧密衔接性。最后,文章提出了未来研究方向,包括完善基础数据库、推动模型耦合与集成化、促进跨学科融合及各应用场景协同合作,以期为城市防洪减灾研究与实践提供参考。 Although urban storm water models have generated abundant research achievements in flood control and disaster reduction,few studies have systematically summarized these findings from the perspective of model application demands.Based on the full lifecycle of disaster risk,the research content,focus,and methods of urban storm water models are detailed across six application scenarios within three major stages:pre-disaster prevention,disaster response,and post-disaster recovery.The differences and intrinsic connections of the model in various application scenarios are summarized.While different application scenarios exhibit distinct requirements for data and model functionalities,the application of urban storm water models across the three stages demonstrates a progressive continuity in risk perception and a cohesive integration of governance measures.Finally,issues and suggestions for future research are proposed,including improving the basic database,promoting model coupling and integration,facilitating interdisciplinary integration,and promoting coordination across scenarios,aiming to provide reference for urban flood control and disaster reduction research and practice.
