摘要
出于对恒温晶体振荡器(Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator,简称OCXO)老化测试繁琐筛选任务与测试间高温环境的考虑,本文提出一种基于OCXO老化测试的自动筛选系统。该系统根据老化测试数据,自动计算生成测试结果,并以发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,简称LED)的亮灭提示操作人员进行筛选,大幅提高工作效率。同时该系统独立于老化测试系统,支持操作人员在老化测试间外进行筛选工作,有效降低操作人员的劳动强度。
Inconsideration of thecomplexity of screening task and high temperature operating environment of Oven-Controlled-Crystal-Oscillator(OCXO) aging test, an automatic screening system based on OCXO aging test is proposed. According to thedata of aging test, the results is automatically calculated, and the Light-Emitting-Diode(LED) is turned on or turned off to prompt the operator’ s screening. Because of the system is independent of the aging test system, the operator screen outside the aging test room with low labor intensity.
