摘要
通过锌盐缓蚀剂SPC-302与阻垢分散剂SPC-5501的质量浓度提升试验,探究药剂质量浓度、pH、总碱度及泄漏情况对总锌质量浓度的影响。试验结果表明:SPC-302质量浓度应低于15 mg/L,SPC-5501与SPC-302添加比例应在12∶1以上,pH升高会加剧锌的沉降,SPC-5501可提升锌的稳定性。
The spiking experiments with zinc salt corrosion inhibitor(SPC-302)and scale-inhibiting dispersant(SPC-5501)were conducted to investigate the effects of chemical dosage,pH,total alkalinity,and leakage on total zinc stability.The results demonstrated that:The SPC-302 concentration should be maintained≤15 mg/L,the ratio of SPC-5501 to SPC-302 needs to exceed 12∶1,elevated pH accelerates zinc sedimentation,while the scale-inhibiting dispersant enhances zinc stability.This study provides theoretical support for the efficient application of zinc salt corrosion inhibitors.
