摘要
文章对某定向钻井钻具进行了失效分析,通过分析裂纹形成机理,提出一种API钻铤结构优化的方法。同时,基于有限元分析模型对钻铤结构优化后的应力分布进行了分析,分析表明:在API钻铤螺纹连接区域的公、母扣端增加应力释放结构是提高螺纹连接强度的切实有效的方法,公扣和母扣的Von-Mises应力分布均得到了明显改善。该项研究结果对于提高API钻铤螺纹连接的强度、增强钻铤的可靠性及延长其使用寿命具有重要的意义。
This article analyzes the failure of a certain directional drilling tool,analyzes the mechanism of crack formation,and proposes a method for optimizing the structure of API drill collars.Based on the finite element analysis model,the stress distribution of the optimized drill collar structure is analyzed,and it is verified that adding stress release structures near the male and female buckle in the threaded connection area of API drill collars is a practical and effective method to improve the strength of threaded connections.The Von-Mises stress distribution of the male and female buckles is significantly improved.The research results are of great significance for improving the strength of API drill collar threaded connections,enhancing the reliability and service life of drill collars.
