摘要
:在普通螺母防松摩擦力矩计算分析的基础上,对铁基形状记忆合金制成的新型螺母的防松摩擦力矩进行了表征,建立了防松摩擦力矩的数学模型。通过用M10×1.5新型螺母进行试验,对该数学模型进行了验证。
Based on an analysis on the anti-loosing friction moment of normal nuts,a mathematic model is established for the friction moment of a new type of nut made of Fe-based shape-memory alloy. Experiments are conducted with the new type of nuts (M10×1.5),through which the mathematic model is verified.
