摘要
帕金森病是常见的神经系统退行性疾病,患病及致残率较高。西医治疗易增加并发症风险,对帕金森病非运动症状缓解有限,且无法有效阻止疾病进展。中医学方法治疗帕金森病具有一定优势,而现有中医药治疗方法大多从肝脾肾论治,少有从肺辨治帕金森病的相关论述。肺与脑在经脉上互相联络、肺气上散气血濡养脑神,并助脑之浊气自魄门而出。在帕金森的治疗中使用调整肺及其相关脏腑官窍的中医药方法,对于延缓帕金森病发展与改善非运动症状都有一定疗效。文章以“肺主气”“肺开窍于鼻、鼻通于脑”“肺与大肠相表里”等中医理论以及关于肺脑轴、肠道菌群等现代研究为切入点,基于“肺脑相系”理论,论证中医药方法从肺论治帕金森病的可行性及必要性,提出帕金森病治疗以补肺宁神止颤为主、温肺固表通窍为妙、肃肺同调五脏为要的新思路,以期完善帕金森病的因机治要体系。
Parkinson's disease is a prevalent neurodegenerative disorder that is associated with a high prevalence of disability.Western medical treatments have been demonstrated to increase the risk of complications,provide limited relief of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease,and are ineffective in halting disease progression.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)offers certain advantages in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.However,the majority of existing TCM treatments are based on the liver,spleen,and kidney,with a paucity of treatments for Parkinson's disease based on the lungs.The lungs and the brain are connected via the meridian vessel,whereby lung Qi disperses Qi and blood upward to nourish the brain and the spirit.This process helps to facilitate the expulsion of the turbid Qi from the anus.The use of TCM methods to adjust the lungs and related organs in the treatment of Parkinson's disease is effective in slowing the development of Parkinson's disease and improving non-motor symptoms.In this paper,based on TCM theories such as the lung dominant Qi,lung opens at the nose,nasal passage to the brain,and interiorexterior relationship between lung and large intestine,as well as modern research on the lung-brain axis and intestinal flora,we demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of TCM treatment of Parkinson's disease based on the theory of“lung-brain interconnection”.The proposal is that the treatment of Parkinson's disease should be primarily based on tonifying the lungs to tranquilize and stop tremors,warming the lungs to secure the exterior and relieve the stuffy,and purification and down sending the lungs to regulate the five viscera.This approach is intended to perfect the system of causative-mechanistic treatment of Parkinson's disease.
