摘要
在“一带一路”倡议推动下,中国与安哥拉经贸合作日益紧密,为中国企业对非投资创造了良好的发展环境。在此背景下,员工归属感对企业海外运营意义重大。采用问卷调研、实地访谈等方法,深入调研安哥拉永达实业有限公司中外员工,系统分析中国对外投资企业在跨文化情境中员工归属感的形成机理,从企业管理策略、薪酬保障、职业发展、本地化管理、团队文化建设与社会责任等六个维度,探究增强员工归属感的路径,为中国企业海外可持续发展提供实用参考。
Driven by“the Belt and Road”initiative,the economic and trade cooperation between China and Angola has become increasingly close,creating a favorable environment for Chinese enterprises to invest in Africa.In this context,occupational belongingness of employees plays a significance role in the overseas operations of Chinese enterprises.This study employs methods such as questionnaire surveys and field interviews to conduct in-depth research on both Chinese and foreign employees of Angola Yongda Industrial Co.,Ltd.It systematically analyzes the formation mechanism of occupational belongingness of employees within cross-cultural contexts.From six dimensions including enterprise management strategies,salary and benefits,professional development,localized governance models,team cohesion cultivation,and social responsibility engagement,this study explores ways to enhance occupational belongingness of employees,providing practical reference for the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises overseas.
