摘要 企业员工归属感是受诸多因素共同作用而形成的一种集行为、情感于一体的比较稳健的心理认知和实践体验模式。建设员工归属感是众多企业经营过程中亟须解决的问题,它关系到企业人才队伍的稳定和企业可持续发展,并直接影响企业绩效。基于以上的现实背景,文章通过实证研究找出了影响民营企业员工归属感的因素,并探讨其与工作绩效之间的关系。 Enterprise staff's sense of belonging is influenced by various factors,and it is a stable psychological cognition and practice experience mode which is formed by the combination of behaviour and emotion.The construction of staff's sense of belonging is a problem which needs to be solved at once in enterprise management process,because it is related to the stability of the talent teams and sustainable development of the enterprises,and directly affects the enterprise performance.Based on the above,empirical research has been done to find the influential factors on private enterprise staff's sense of belonging,and its relationship with the staff's job performance has been discussed.
