摘要
实际运行中发现,高效节能电机的启动电流明显高于普通电机,原机位上更换同功率电机后导致保护装置动作,影响设备的调试和试机。本文就启动电流变大的原因进行分析,并指导淘汰更新或新购设备的初次调试试车工作,为参数设置、设备试车、理论认知提供基础,充分理解高效节能电机的意义所在。
In actual operation,it was found that the starting current of the high-efficiency and energy-saving motor was significantly higher than that of the ordinary motor.After replacing the motor with the same power at the original position,the protection device was operated,which affected the commissioning and trial operation of the equipment.This article analyzes the reasons for the increased starting current and guides the initial commissioning and test run of equipment that has been phased out and updated or newly purchased,providing a basis for parameter setting,equipment test run,and theoretical cognition,so as to fully understand the significance of high-efficiency and energy-saving motors.
