摘要
水利水电工程中坝基出现断层破碎带、软弱夹层和泥化夹层,将会影响坝基的整体性与力学性能。对坝基进行水泥-化学复合灌浆,可以使坝基形成一个完整而密实的受力体,提高断层破碎带的强度,还可改善断层及其影响带软弱物质的抗渗透稳定性。设计搭建断层岩体室内模拟灌浆模型,开展不同浆材和不同灌浆压力下的模拟灌浆试验;分层剖解灌后实体模型,分析断层中不同岩相的浆液充填浸润情况,钻取灌后岩体芯样,开展芯样宏观形貌,研究浆液有压扩散渗透特性;开展芯样力学性能分析;系统分析断层岩体灌后加固效果,为初步制定断层灌浆处理现场技术方案提供理论支持。
The fault fracture zones,weak interlayers and mud interlayers in dam foundations of hydraulic and hydropower projects will affect the integrity and mechanical properties of dam foundation.Cement-chemical composite grouting on dam foundation can make dam foundation form a complete and dense force body,improve the strength of fault fracture zone,and improve the permeability resistance stability of fault and weak material in its influence zone.In this paper,a simulated grouting model of fault rock mass was designed and built to carry out simulated grouting tests under different grouting materials and different grouting pressures.The solid model after stratified dissections was used to analyze the filling and infiltration of grout in different rock facies in the fault.The rock core samples were drilled and the macro and micro morphologies of the core samples were carried out to study the pressure diffusion permeation characteristics of grout.The mechanical properties of core sample were analyzed.The reinforcement effect of fault rock mass after irrigation was analyzed systematically.The research results would provide theoretical support for the preliminary establishment of fault grouting treatment field technical program.
