摘要
伴随中国物流业与制造业融合实践呈现出蓬勃发展的态势,实施物流业与制造业融合正成为推动企业高质量发展、推动中国经济增长的关键举措,因此,探索物流业与制造业深度融合的发展模式、实施路径,并评估其融合绩效具有重要意义。文章采用多案例研究方法,以来自国家发展改革委发布的《物流业制造业深度融合创新发展典型案例(2021)》中的49个案例作为研究样本,从“产业链—供应链—价值链”三链融合理论出发,对物流业与制造业融合发展过程中的模式、路径和绩效进行调研。通过多案例分析发现,首先,物流企业与制造企业融合的发展模式一般有3种,分别是协同共建模式、融合共生模式和融合流程再造模式,3种不同的发展模式对应了3种不同的实施路径。其次,物流业与制造业的融合有效解决了企业面临的相关困境,提升了企业效率,降低了物流成本。最后,三链融合有助于优化产业链结构、提升供应链效率,以及促进价值共创,推动了物流业与制造业形成更加紧密的合作关系。研究结果为物流业与制造业的深度融合提供了理论支撑和实践指导,有助于降低融合过程中的试错成本,提升融合成功率。
With the flourishing development of the integration of China’s logistics industry and manufacturing industry,the implementation of such integration is becoming a key measure to promote high-quality development of enterprises and China’s economic growth.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the development modes and implementation paths for the deep integration of logistics industry and manufacturing industry,and to evaluate its integration performance.This paper uses the multi-case study method,and takes 49 cases from the Typical Cases of Deep Integration and Innova-tion Development of Logistics and Manufacturing Industry(2021)issued by National Development and Reform Commis-sion as research samples.Based on“industry chain-supply chain-value chain”three chain integration theory,this paper in-vestigates the modes,paths and performance in the process of integration and development of logistics and manufacturing industry.Through multi case analysis,this paper finds that:firstly,there are generally three development modes for inte-gration between logistics enterprises and manufacturing enterprises,namely collaborative co-construction mode,integrat-ed symbiosis mode and integration process reengineering mode.These three different development modes correspond to three different implementation paths.Secondly,the integration of logistics industry and manufacturing industry has effectively solved the related difficulties faced by enterprises,improved their efficiency and reduced logistics costs.Finally,the integration of the three chains helps to optimize the structure of the industrial chain,improve the efficiency of the sup-ply chain and promote value co-creation,and promote a closer cooperative relationship between the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry.The research results provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the deep integration of logistics industry and manufacturing industry,help to reduce the trial-and-error cost in the process of integration,and improve the success rate of integration.
