摘要
乡村振兴是推动农业农村现代化的关键战略。高职院校通过志愿服务助力乡村振兴,可以赋能乡村创新发展、促进职业教育发展、厚植学生家国情怀、提升学生专业技能,以实际行动为乡村全面振兴贡献力量。但由于学校与社会的协同性不足、志愿服务管理机制不健全等现实问题,高职院校志愿服务在助力乡村振兴的过程中面临诸多挑战,可以从构建多方协同机制、加强师资队伍建设、搭建志愿服务平台、完善志愿服务评价体系、强化实践成果应用、深化产教融合等方面进一步优化实施路径。
Rural revitalization serves as a pivotal strategy for advancing agricultural and rural modernization.Higher vocational colleges,through volunteer service initiatives,can empower rural innovation and development,promote vocational education growth,cultivate students'patriotism and social responsibility,and enhance their professional skills,thereby contributing to comprehensive rural revitalization with concrete actions.However,challenges persist due to practical issues such as insufficient school-society coordination and inadequate volunteer service management mechanisms.To optimize implementation pathways,efforts can focus on establishing multistakeholder collaboration mechanisms,strengthening faculty development,building volunteer service platforms,improving evaluation systems,reinforcing the application of practical outcomes,and deepening industry-education integration.
