Exploration of Talent Cultivation Model for Industrial Robot Technology Major from the Perspective of Vocational Undergraduate Education

摘要 工业机器人领域作为人工智能技术与制造业实体经济深度融合的关键环节,是现代制造业与智能制造体系的重要基石。鉴于工业机器人技术在推动制造业转型升级中的核心作用,构建科学合理且适应产业发展需求的工业机器人技术专业人才培养模式,对提升职业教育质量、满足社会需求以及推进产业升级进程具有重要意义。基于职业本科教育的视角,文章深入分析了工业机器人技术专业人才培养的现实状况,并提出了构建工业机器人技术专业人才培养模式的策略,旨在为工业机器人技术专业的人才培养实践提供理论支持和实践指导,促进学生的长期发展并增强其就业竞争力。 As a critical nexus for the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and the real economy of manufacturing,the field of industrial robots forms a cornerstone of modern manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing systems.Given the pivotal role of industrial robotics in driving manufacturing transformation and upgrading,establishing a scientific and industry-aligned talent cultivation model for the industrial robot technology major holds significant importance for enhancing vocational education quality,meeting societal demands,and advancing industrial modernization.From the perspective of vocational undergraduate education,this paper thoroughly examines the current status of talent cultivation in the industrial robot technology major and proposes strategies for constructing a cultivation model that aligns with industrial development needs.The aim is to provide theoretical and practical guidance for talent cultivation practices in this field,fostering students'long-term development and strengthening their employment competitiveness.
