小保当煤矿大采高工作面复合顶板破碎机理及防治技术

摘要 顶板维护直接关系到工作面能否安全生产。围绕小保当煤矿112203工作面回撤巷道复合顶板破碎难题,通过理论分析、数值模拟、现场实测的方法研究了大采高工作面复合顶板变形破碎机理以及破碎复合顶板注浆煤岩体扩散规律。结果表明,工作面顶板破坏分为重新压实区、端面冒落区、裂隙贯通区、扰动区、未受扰动区,且复合顶板破碎冒落与煤壁片帮失稳相互作用影响;浆液扩散半径与煤岩体渗透系数及注浆压力呈正相关关系,存在合理的注浆压力使注浆加固达到最佳的经济技术效果。基于此,提出了112203工作面回撤巷道破碎复合顶板注浆加固方案,顶板破碎及下沉得到了有效控制,为相似条件下的综采工作面复合顶板控制提供了有效借鉴。 The difficulty of roof maintenance is a key problem that restricts the safe and efficient production and equipment withdrawal of fully mechanized mining face.The deformation and breakage mechanism of composite roof and the diffusion law of grouting slurry are studied by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement in the 112203 working face of Xiaobaodang Coal Mine.The results show that the roof failure of the working face is divided into recompaction zone,end caving zone,fracture through zone,disturbed zone and undisturbed zone,and the fracture caving of composite roof is influenced by the instability of the coal wall.Grout diffusion radius is positively correlated with the permeability coefficient of coal and rock mass and the grouting pressure.Reasonable grouting pressure can achieve the best economic and technical effect for grouting reinforcement.The grouting reinforcement scheme of the 112203 working face retreating roadway’s crushing composite roof is put forward,and the roof breakage and subsidence are effectively controlled.
