浅埋破碎顶板工作面末采支护工艺优化研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了解决凉水井煤矿31102工作面回采过程中,顶板易破碎冒落的问题和工作面来压时,煤层上方300~500 mm顶板破碎严重,冒落速度快的问题。通过现场观测和理论分析的方法对31102工作面末采阶段支护工艺进行了优化研究,提出了支护强度渐进式的"三级梯度强度支护"方案。结果表明:该支护工艺能够有效保证末采支护阶段回采移架后,顶板压力得到有效释放的同时,采空区顶板垮落速度能渐进减缓,从而最终保证工作面安全、有效地回撤。 In order to solve the problems that the roof is easy to fall during the mining of working face,and the roof of 300~ 500 mm above the coal seam is broken seriously and the falling speed is fast during the period of mining face weighting in Liangshuijing coal mine,by means of field observation and theoretical analysis,the support technology of No. 31102 mining face during the end mining stage was optimized,and the "three grade gradient strength support"scheme was put forward.The practice shows that the support technology can effectively ensure the roof pressure release at the end mining stage,and the roof caving speed in the goaf is slowed down,which ensure the safe and effective withdrawal of the working face.
