Implementing and Exploring Smart Construction Technologies for Enhanced Safety Management at Construction Sites

摘要 探讨了智能建造技术在施工现场安全管理中的应用与效果。针对建筑业安全事故高发问题(尤其高处坠落占比近50%),研究基于“人、机、物、法、环”理念,结合物联网(IoT)、建筑信息模型(BIM)等关键技术,构建智能化安全管理体系。通过某高校综合楼项目实证,展示了智慧平台集成实时监控、数据分析和预警功能的具体实践:包括深基坑数字化安全平台动态监测、有限空间空气质量智能监测、高大模板排架自动化监测及防高坠智能洞口装置等。应用表明,智能技术通过实时数据采集、风险预警和流程优化,显著提升了安全隐患识别与处置效率,推动安全管理由被动响应转向主动防控,为行业高质量发展提供有效路径。 This paper explores the application and effectiveness of smart construction technologies in on-site safety management.Addressing the high incidence of construction accidents(particularly falls from height,which account for nearly 50%),the research develops an intelligent safety management system.This system integrates key technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT)and Building Information Modeling(BIM)based on the"human,machinery,materials,methodology,environment"framework.Practical implementation is demonstrated through a comprehensive university building project,where an intelligent platform integrates real-time monitoring,data analysis,and early warning functions.Specific applications include digital safety monitoring for deep excavations,intelligent air quality monitoring in confined spaces,automated monitoring of high-formwork systems,and anti-fall smart opening devices.The results indicate that smart technologies significantly enhance the efficiency of identifying and addressing safety hazards through real-time data collection,risk alerts,and process optimization.This shift promotes safety management from passive response to proactive prevention,offering an effective pathway for the industry's high-quality development.
