摘要
为缩短无陪护医院住院患者的辅助检查时间,提高诊治效率和患者满意度,以天津市某三甲医院2022年12月2024年1月无陪护医院住院患者为研究对象,按照六西格玛DMAIC改进模型的5个阶段对辅助检查流程进行了优化,并制定了改进方案.研究显示,应用六西格玛DMAIC改进模型优化辅助检查流程后,住院患者的辅助检查时长((160.00±0.56)min)比改进前缩短了100 min(P<0.05).这表明,六西格玛DMAIC改进模型能够有效优化无陪护医院住院患者辅助检查流程,提高陪检效率.
To reduce the auxiliary examination time for unaccompanied inpatients in hospitals,improve diagnosis and treatment efficiency,and enhance patient satisfaction,this study targeted unaccompanied inpatients from a tertiary hospital in Tianjin from December 2022 to January 2024.A lean team was established,and the auxiliary examination process was optimized according to the five phases of the Six Sigma Define,Measure,Analyze,Improve,Control(DMAIC)improvement model,with a corresponding improvement plan developed.After applying the Six Sigma DMAIC improved model,the duration of auxiliary examinations for hospitalized patients(160.00±0.56)minutes was reduced by 100 minutes compared to before the improvement(P<0.05).This indicates that the Six Sigma DMAIC improvement model can optimize the auxiliary examination process for unaccompanied inpatients in hospitals and improve the efficiency of examination accompaniment.
