摘要
目的探讨6 Sigma管理模式在手术器械质量管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2023年6月至2024年6月医院手术室的200件手术器械管理资料,按照管理方法不同分组,将2023年6—12月行常规管理的100件手术器械作为对照组,将2024年1—6月实施6 Sigma管理模式的100件手术器械作为观察组。比较两组手术器械合格率、质量控制评分、医护人员满意度、手术器械投诉率和院内感染发生率。结果观察组手术器械合格率、质量控制评分和医护人员满意度高于对照组,手术器械投诉率和院内感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论6 Sigma管理模式可提高手术器械的管理效果,提高手术器械合格率、质量控制评分,提升医护人员满意度,降低手术器械投诉率和院内感染发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of the 6 Sigma management mode in the quality management of surgical instruments.Methods With the retrospective analysis of the management data of 200 surgical instruments in the hospital operating room from June 2023 to June 2024,they were grouped according to different management methods.100 surgical instruments with routine management from June to December 2023 were taken as the control group,and 100 surgical instruments with 6 Sigma management mode from January to June 2024 were taken as the observation group.The qualified rate of surgical instruments,quality control score,satisfaction of medical staff,complaint rate of surgical instruments and incidence of nosocomial infection between the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of surgical instruments,the quality control score and the satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the complaint rate of surgical instruments and the incidence of nosocomial infections were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 6 Sigma management mode can improve the management effect of surgical instruments,increase the qualification rate and quality control score of surgical instruments,enhance the satisfaction of medical staff,and reduce the complaint rate of surgical instruments and the incidence of nosocomial infections.
