摘要
在数字技术深度重构全球就业生态的时代背景下,语言能力已突破传统“工具性交际”的单一范畴,成为数字化时代高质量就业的核心赋能要素。在新形势下,应界定好数字化时代语言能力的内涵,明确高质量就业的概念与衡量标准,深入解析语言能力在科技、服务、文化创意等行业的多元价值以及对就业质量的多维度影响,揭示其在一线城市、新兴城市及县域经济中与高质量就业的关联度差异,构建个体、学校、政府及社会层面的协同发展策略,为数字化时代高质量就业提供有效助力。
Against the backdrop of digital technologies profoundly restructuring the global employment ecosystem,language proficiency has transcended the traditional singular role of“instrumental communication”and emerged as a core enabling factor for high-quality employment in the digital age.In this new context,it is essential to define the connotation of language proficiency in the digital era,clarifies the concept and measurement criteria of high-quality employment,conducts an in-depth analysis of the diverse values of language proficiency across industries such as technology,services,and cultural and creative sectors,as well as its multi-dimensional impacts on employment quality.It also reveals the differential correlations between language proficiency and high-quality employment in first-tier cities,emerging cities,and county economies.Furthermore,collaborative development strategies at the individual,educational institution,government,and social levels are constructed to provide effective support for high-quality employment in the digital age.
