摘要
文章以21个主要国际城市为研究样本,构建了全球城市数字经济竞争力评价指标体系,运用CRITIC法测度了城市数字经济竞争力,并采用灰色关联分析法分析了数字经济竞争力对就业数量和就业质量的促进作用和驱动模式。研究发现:2019—2023年样本城市数字经济竞争力基本呈稳步上升趋势,我国北京和上海两个城市的数字经济竞争力均处于领先水平。数字经济竞争力提升对城市就业数量和就业质量均能产生积极影响,且对就业质量的促进效果优于就业数量。数字经济竞争力的各子维度对就业的促进效果不同,其中,数字人才竞争力提升对就业促进的贡献度最大,数字创新竞争力提升对就业促进的效果最有限。不同城市的数字经济竞争力对就业的促进效果和驱动模式具有差异性。
This paper takes 21 major international cities as research samples and constructs an evaluation index system of the digital economy competitiveness of global cities,then utilizes the CRITIC method to measure the urban digital economy competitiveness,and finally applies gray relation analysis to analyze the promoting effects and driving modes of digital economy competitiveness on employment quantity and quality.The results reveal that from 2019 to 2023,the digital economy competitiveness of sample cities generally shows a steady upward trend,with Beijing and Shanghai maintaining leading positions nationwide.Enhancing digital economy competitiveness has a positive impact on both the quantity and quality of urban employment,with the effect on improving employment quality being more significant than that on employment quantity.Each subdimension of digital economy competitiveness has different effect on employment promotion,among which the enhancement of digital talent competitiveness has the largest contribution to employment promotion,and the enhancement of the competitiveness of digital innovation has the most limited effect on employment promotion.The digital economic competitiveness of different cities has different promoting effect and driving mode on employment.
