摘要
知识隐藏已逐渐成为国内外推进知识共享实践的症结所在,厘清知识隐藏领域的知识基础及研究热点,能为我国知识隐藏研究与实践提供参考。综合运用Bibexcel、Vosviewer、Pajek、histcite等多种工具,通过科学计量的分析方法,对2014年至2024年Web of Science核心数据库的964篇知识隐藏论文及48809篇参考文献进行了分析。引文关系图出现多个关键节点,这些关键节点同时也是高被引文献、高中心性文献,构成知识隐藏研究的知识基础;研究热点包括隐藏意愿、隐藏的作用后果、隐藏行为机制、隐藏动机、知识隐藏管理、隐藏的影响因素等6大主题;知识隐藏研究文献逐年增长,是经济管理学和图书情报学共同支撑的跨学科领域,逐步发展成为独立的研究主题领域。
Knowledge hiding has gradually become the crux of promoting knowledge sharing practice at home and abroad.Clarifying the knowledge base,research hotspots and future development trends can provide reference for the research and practice of knowledge hiding in China.Based on comprehensively using bibexcel,pajek,scimago graphica and other tools,964 papers on knowledge hiding along with its 48809 references from the core database of Web of Science are analyzed by bibliometrics.The results show that there are several key nodes in the citation relationship graph,which are also highly cited literatures and highly important literatures,constituting the knowledge base of knowledge hiding research.The research focuses on the following six topics:intention of knowledge hiding,effect of knowledge hiding,mechanism of knowledge hiding behavior,motivation of knowledge hiding,management of knowledge hiding and influencing factors of knowledge hiding.The research literature on knowledge hiding is growing year by year.It is an interdisciplinary field supported by economic management and library and information science and has gradually developed into an independent research topic field.
