摘要
根据宾夕法尼亚大学发布的《全球智库报告2020》,巴西瓦加斯基金会在世界顶级智库排名中跃升至第3位,成为“拉美第一智库”,也彰显了其在新兴市场国家智库中的领导地位。深入剖析瓦加斯基金会成功背后的发展模式和实践经验,对中国新型智库的构建具有重要借鉴价值。文章以巴西瓦加斯基金会为典型案例,通过分析其发展历程,梳理其在学术影响力、社会影响力、媒体影响力3个方面的成效,并分析其运作模式与机制,探讨其对中国新型智库建设的启示和意义。为适应新时代需求,中国新型智库建设应聚焦人才培养和知识传播、拓展国际合作、优化运行机制等方面,并深化与媒体良性互动,以增强在全球智库治理体系的影响力。
According to the 2020 Global Think Tank Report released by the University of Pennsylvania,the Vargas Foundation in Brazil has soared to become the third most important think tank in the world and the most important in Latin America.As a think tank of an emerging market country,deeply analyzing and dissecting the development model and practical experience behind its success holds significant enlightenment for the construction of new-type think tanks in China.This paper takes the Vargas Foundation in Brazil as a typical case,analyzes its development history,sorts out its achievements in academic influence,social influence and media influence and analyzes its operation model and mechanism,discussing its enlightenment for the construction of new-type think tanks in China.In the new era,the construction of new-type think tanks should focus on talent cultivation and knowledge dissemination,actively expand international cooperation,optimize operational mechanisms and enhance think tank influence through positive interaction with the media.
