摘要
[目的/意义]科技智库情报服务是联系智库用户与情报产品的关键环节,立足大数据思维创新智库情报服务模式对于提升科技智库竞争力具有重要意义。[方法/过程]文章构建基于大数据思维的科技智库情报服务机制模型,并在此基础上建立系统动力学模型,利用Vensim PLE软件进行了仿真运行和灵敏度分析。[结果/结论]所构建的系统动力学模型能够较好地反映大数据思维指导下科技智库情报服务的现实情况,揭示智库情报服务机制的系统结构及动态演化规律,为科技智库情报服务建设提供了方法借鉴和理论指导。
[Purpose/significance]The Science and Technology Think Tank Intelligence Service is the key link between think tank users and intelligence products.It is of great significance for improving the competitiveness of science and technology think tanks on the basis of big data thinking and the innovation of think tank intelligence service mode.[Method/process]In this paper,a model of intelligence service mechanism of science and technology think tanks based on big data thinking is proposed,based on which,a system dynamics model is applied,and Vensim PLE software is used for simulation operation and sensitivity analysis.[Result/conclusion]The proposed system dynamics model can better reflect the actual situation of science and technology think tank intelligence service under the guidance of big data thinking,and reveal the system structure and dynamic evolution law of think tank intelligence service mechanism,which is helpful for the construction of science and technology think tank intelligence service,and providing method reference and theoretical guidance.
