亮丙瑞林联合rHGH对特发性矮小症患儿骨代谢及血清IGF-1、Ghrelin、LP的影响 被引量:3

Effects of leuprorelin combined with rHGH on bone metabolism and serum IGF-1, Ghrelin, and LP in children with idiopathic short stature

摘要 目的探讨亮丙瑞林联合重组人生长激素(rHGH)对特发性矮小症(ISS)患儿骨代谢及血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、饥饿激素(Ghrelin)、瘦素(LP)的影响。方法选取ISS患儿98例,随机均分为对照组(单纯rHGH)和观察组(rHGH+亮丙瑞林)。比较两组生长发育指标[身高、体质量、身高标准差积分(HtSDS)]、骨代谢指标[I型前胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP)]以及血清相关因子(IGF-1、LP、Ghrelin)水平。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组身高、体质量、HtSDS、PINP、BAP、IGF-1和LP升高,Ghrelin降低;且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亮丙瑞林联合rHGH可促进ISS患儿生长发育,显著改善骨代谢及血清IGF-1、Ghrelin、LP水平。 Aim To investigate the effects of leuprorelin combined with recombinant human growth hormone(rHGH)on bone metabolism and serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),Ghrelin,and leptin(LP)in children with idiopathic short stature(ISS).Methods A total of 98 children with ISS were randomly divided into a control group(rHGH alone)and an observation group(rHGH+leuprorelin).Growth and development indicators[height,body weight,height standard deviation score(HtSDS)],bone metabolism markers[procollagen type I N-terminal propeptide(PINP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BAP)],and serum factors(IGF-1,LP,Ghrelin)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with pre-treatment levels,both groups showed increased height,body weight,HtSDS,PINP,BAP,IGF-1,and LP,and decreased Ghrelin after treatment;the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Leuprorelin combined with rHGH promotes growth and development and significantly improves bone metabolism and serum IGF-1,Ghrelin,LP levels in children with ISS.
