摘要
采用桉木浆、松木浆、竹浆及柠檬酸改性处理植物纤维和脲醛树脂胶粉为成膜基材,通过共混流延法制备植物纤维-脲醛树脂膜。为评估不同成膜基材对膜性能影响,通过单因素试验对植物纤维-脲醛树脂膜抗拉强度进行测定。结果表明:当脲醛树脂与酯化桉木纤维质量比为97∶3时,制备植物纤维-脲醛树脂膜展现出最佳综合性能,该膜抗拉强度达到23.9 MPa。
In this study,plant fibers were extracted from eucalyptus,pine,and bamboo pulp,along with these plant fibers modified by citric acid and urea-formaldehyde resin powder asfilm-forming materials.A plant fiber-urea formaldehyde resin film was successfully prepared using the co-extrusion and calendering method.To evaluate the impact of different film-forming fiber materials on the film's properties,the tensile strength of the plant fiber-urea formaldehyde resin film was determined through single-factor experiments.The results indicated that the optimal comprehensive performance of the plant fiber-urea formaldehyde resin film was achieved when the mass ratio of urea-formaldehyde resin to esterified eucalyptus fiber was 97∶3.The tensile strength of the film reached 23.9 MPa.
