摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探究社区全民健身公共服务网格化治理的理论内涵、行动逻辑,并提出实践路径。行动逻辑:从单一主体转向多元主体的协同演进逻辑,从模糊治理转向精准连接的权责配置逻辑,从经验主义转向科学决策的运行机制逻辑。实践路径:构建协同治理格局,优化网格化治理工作流程;注重权责精准配置,提升网格化治理效能表现;完善配套运行机制,推动网格化治理有效运转。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the theoretical connotation and action logic of the grid governance of public services for community national fitness,and proposed practical paths.Action logic:It is the logic of collaborative evolution from a single subject to multiple subjects,the logic of power and responsibility allocation from fuzzy governance to precise connection,and the logic of operation mechanism from empiricism to scientifi c decision-making.Practical path:We should build a collaborative governance pattern to optimize the workfl ow of grid governance,focus on the precise allocation of powers and responsibilities and enhance the performance of grid governance,and improve the supporting operation mechanism to promote the effective operation of grid governance.
