摘要
为发挥设计标准化对交通运输高质量发展战略的引领作用,梳理了目前高速公路勘察设计中存在的设计标准化水平低、精细化程度不足等诸多问题,并分析了高速公路建设实行标准化设计的必要性,明确了包括建立组织、确定工作机制、调查分析、专题研究、编制审核、成果发布等步骤在内的高速公路设计标准化体系建设流程。以桥梁专业为例,简要介绍了设计标准化体系建设的关键技术要点。从协调、合作、激励、约束四个方面,对设计标准化体系的应用提出了建议,并提出了建立反馈机制、采用PDCA循环管理办法对标准化成果进行修编与维护的建议,以期为相关专业技术人员提供参考。
In order to leverage the leading role of design standardization in the high-quality development strategy of transportation,several issues,such as the low level of design standardization and insufficient refinement in current highway survey and design have been sorted out.The necessity of implementing standardized design in highway construction has been analyzed,and the process of establishing a highway design standardization system,including establishing organization,determining work mechanism,investigation and analysis,special research,preparation and review,and result release,has been clarified.Taking the bridge profession as an example,this article briefly introduces the key technical points of building a standardized design system.Suggestions for the application of the design standardization system from four aspects:coordination,cooperation,motivation,and constraint.Suggestions were also put forward to establish a feedback mechanism and adopt the PDCA cycle management method to revise and maintain the standardization results,in order to provide reference for relevant professional and technical personnel.
