摘要
高温高盐中低渗油藏水驱后,由于注入水的长期冲刷,储层非均质性加剧,导致水窜严重。高温高盐中低渗油藏堵调要求堵剂耐温、耐盐、易注入,为此研制了沥青调驱体系。体系由封堵窜流通道的改性沥青颗粒和基质调驱的乳化沥青体系两部分组成,改性后的沥青颗粒悬浮分散性强、粒径可调、软化点可控,乳化沥青体系具有破乳可控性。研制的沥青调驱体系能够满足温度70~150℃油藏调驱的需求,现场应用取得良好的降水增油效果。
Because of long-term water flooding,the heterogeneity of those low-permeability reservoirs is aggravated,leading to severe water breakthrough.To block the water channeling,kinds of high temperature resistant plugging agents are studied.In this paper,a kind of asphalt plugging system is developed,which is high temperature and salinity resistant,with low viscosity and easy to be injected.This asphalt agent has two components,modified asphalt particles and emulsified asphalt.The modified asphalt particles is easily to be suspended,and the particle size and softening point is adjustable.The emulsified asphalt has the advantages of good injection performance and high blocking strength,and the demulsification is controllable.The developed asphalt plugging system can meet the profile control requirements of high temperature reservoirs,and field applications has achieved good oil enhancement effects.
