摘要
论述了沥青颗粒调剖的机理,选用了模拟喇嘛甸油田葡I1—2油层的填砂管进行岩心实验,确定了沥青颗粒调剖的粒径。通过采用活塞式沥青泵,较好地解决了沥青颗粒的黏结现象,在喇8-P2555井实现了连续注入。该调剖技术在喇4-31井进行了现场试验,通过分析对比受效油井与同区块其他油井生产参数,证明了沥青颗粒调剖获得了较好的调剖效果。
In this paper,the profile control mechanism of bitumen particles is established.The sand pack tube matching with Pu I1-2 pay zone in Lamadian oilfield is selected for core tests to determine the grain size for the bitumen particle profile control.The piston type pump is used to solve the cohering problem of bitumen particles,and bitumen particles have been continuously injected in well La8-P2555.Field test has been carried in well La4-31.Based on the analysis and comparison of response producers and other producers in the area,it can be concluded that the profile control results of bitumen particles are fairly good.
