摘要
疏离与亲近为探讨辅助生殖中女性的身体经验提供了独特视角。辅助生殖技术为不孕女性带来生育希望的同时,也让她们经历了多重疏离感受,包括健康身体与疾病身体的疏离、生育角色与生育能力的疏离、技术介入与社会关系的疏离。女性采取健康管理、主动学习等行动积极应对疏离。通过主动的行动实践,逐步弥合疏离感,产生了生物性身体、社会性身体、认知理念的变化,重新建立起与自我、与社会的联结,实现了从疏离到亲近的转化。
Alienation and intimacy provide a unique perspective to explore women's bodily experiences in assisted reproduction.While assisted reproductive technologies bring hope for motherhood to women experiencing infertility,they also subject them to multiple forms of alienation,including the separation between a healthy body and a diseased body,between the role of motherhood and reproductive ability,and between technological interventions and social relationships.However,women actively respond to alienation through actions such as health management and proactive learning.Through these practices,they gradually bridge the sense of alienation,leading to transformations in their biological body,social body,and cognitive perceptions.In doing so,they rebuild connections with themselves and with society,achieving a transformation from alienation to intimacy.
